Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please note that I will not accept any clients who are more than 15 min late. I do understand that instances happen. When arriving late this effect not only sets back my schedule but the existing appointments to come that day. In result of this there will be a $20 charge to your next appointment.

 Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Reminders are sent out via text because I understand how easy it can be to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

- Clients who are more than 15 min late will be required to reschedule and result with a $20 charge upon their next appointment.

- Appointments cancelled in under 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any services provided, no exceptions.
